SYMPOSIUM on TELEWORKING
Sofia, Bulgaria, 6-7 October 2003
CALL FOR PAPERS
The Symposium is organized by the Bulgarian Telework Association in the frames of the 4TH INTERBALKAN FORUM and the INTERNATIONAL IT CONFERENCE “FROM THE PAST TO THE FUTURE”, 6-7 October, Sofia, Bulgaria. They are dedicated to the centenary of the birth of John Atanasoff – the father of the first computer.
The Telework Symposium  is a two-days event designed to give businessmen, executives, researchers, state and NGO administrators, human resources managers, company strategists, self-employeed people and the media the latest information any organization needs for successful teleworking development. During the first day the participants will be invited to attend the Plenary Meeting and the other Conference events. The second day will fully be devoted to the Symposium. A number of papers are anticipated in the topics below.

ACCOMODATION
The participants will be offered accommodation at several hotels in Sofia. Accommodation fees (incl. breakfast) are in the range of 60-120 euro per night for a single room and 70-130 euro per night for a double room.
SYMPOSIUM FEE: 60 EURO
Reduction of the fee by 50% (i.e. 30 EURO) will be applied to:
- Group participants, incl. members of project meetings during the symposium;
- Students and Post Graduated Students
- Bulgarian participants with accepted papers.

Conference  Challenges of Contemporary Civilization Dialog, Varna Free University, Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Political Science and International Relations, Varna, Bulgaria, June, 6-7.
On June, 6-7, 2003 a conference "Challenges of Contemporary Civilization Dialog" is to be held at Varna Free University staged by the Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Political Science and International Relations. Scholars and experts from Bulgarian academic institutions and abroad are invited to shed light on two main problems:
1. Plurality and Consensus of the Civilization Ideas;
2. Geopolitical Challenges within New World Order.
