Launching of the Green Week Competition - 2003
Pupils aged 5-16 are invited to make drawings or paintings relating to water and also to enter sculptures made of recycled materials.
Green Week is held from 2-6 June 2003, and takes place Brussels, Belgium. It�s a conference and exhibition being organised by the European Commission�s Directorate General for the Environment, with the themes of sustainable consumption and production, renewable energy and water.
All schools from European Union member states and accession countries are eligible for the Green Week competitions. The deadline for making entries is 21 March 2003.
